WHY 8 CAMERAS ARE SUPERIOR TO 4 CAMERAS

• Conventional PEP systems have only 4 cameras. This allows only X,Y, and T (skew) measurements.


• Qualitek uses an 8 camera system: 4 top cameras, and 4 bottom cameras; located at each corner.


• The top and bottom cameras allow checking of any top-to-bottom misalignment, growth, or shrinkage; as well as the normal X, Y, and T measurements. Auto inspection feature rejects core beyond manufacturers specifications.


• This allows for superior registration; especially on larger layers, unbalanced layers and layers with thinner copper.
