Description of Top-to-Bottom X,Y and Top-to-Bottom "Best Fit" Angle

Angle theta is the Top-to-Bottom "Best Fit" angle. It represents the average angular misalignment between the top side and the bottom side of the panel. The PEP unit averages these readings and calculates the "Best Fit" for the panel to be punched. A maximum number can be set by the operator, to disallow punching any cores that would result in poor registration.
